Hi Marv - We received the awards and 1 was broken. I talked to Jennifer and she had one sent overnight right away. It arrived 4 hours before the ceremony. She was very professional and very reliable. The awards were beautiful and everyone loved them. The awardees were very pleased as was our foundation president, regional director and event chairperson. All in all, you did a great job. Thanks!!
